Made for how corporate teams actually work
For sales
Follow up on signal, not silence
- See who opened your proposal and exactly how far they read.
- Rank leads by read depth and return visits instead of gut feeling.
- Book a meeting from the same record while interest is warm.
For marketing
Know which content builds pipeline
- Attribute every lead to the campaign and link that captured it.
- Follow leads through funnel stages from first read to closed deal.
- Report on the content that gets read, not just the content that gets sent.
One CRM underneath it all
Every channel writes to the same place. Readers become leads, leads link to companies, and companies roll up into deals on a pipeline board. Nothing gets copied by hand, and every deal stays connected to the documents and meetings behind it.
Frequently asked questions
Ruda is a document tracking and lead capture tool for corporate sales and marketing teams. You share a PDF as a tracked link, readers identify themselves at a short gate, and Ruda records which pages each person read and for how long. Every reader becomes a lead in the built-in CRM.
Upload the PDF under Documents and share the tracked link Ruda creates, by email, chat, or a QR code. Before the document opens, readers enter their name, work email, and company. Ruda then records each page they view, how long they stay, and every return visit.
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 3 tracked documents, 2 booking types, and up to 200 leads. Billing has not started yet, and no workspace is charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan. Paid plans are Plus at $4.99 and Pro at $14.99 per month, with one seat included.
When a reader passes the gate, Ruda creates a lead from their details, or updates the existing lead with the same email. Their company is linked from the work email domain. Pages read, time spent, and return visits feed a score and a grade, so the warmest leads rise to the top.
Yes. Every confirmed meeting sends a calendar invite by email, so it lands in the calendar you already use. Readers can book a time right inside the document viewer or on your booking page, and each booking attaches to the lead who made it.
A document opens only after the reader accepts your privacy notice at the gate. Marketing consent is a separate choice, and you can edit the wording of each notice. Ruda records every decision with the notice version and time. Automatic follow ups go only to leads who opted in, and unsubscribes are always honored.
Ruda is available in 19 languages. The public pages, the document gate and viewer, booking pages, notification emails, and the app itself all follow the language you choose. English pages sit at the site root, every other language has its own short path prefix, and Arabic is laid out right to left.
