Plus removes every Free limit and adds the tools to email leads yourself: campaigns, sequences, a newsletter, and your own sending domain. Pro adds the full CRM on top: companies, opportunities, a pipeline board, insights, and CSV export, plus your own logo and color everywhere the Ruda mark would otherwise show.

The workspace starts sharing instead of working solo: a company booking page, automatic lead routing, roles and external collaborators, and a one step handover of a leaving member's records to a successor. This turns on at 2 seats on any paid plan.

Every plan includes one seat, and extra seats are always billed monthly, even if yearly billing arrives later. Add a seat mid period and you pay right away only for the days left until your next billing date, then it renews with your plan on the same day each month. Removing a member ends their access at once. The seat drops off from your next billing date with no refund, and until then a new member can use it at no extra cost. Extra seats add people, not other limits.

Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. You keep reading and editing what you already have, and a paid plan is only suggested when you go to add more.

Not until billing opens and you explicitly choose a paid plan. The date will be announced on this page and in the changelog before anything changes.

Upgrades apply right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply from your next billing date. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep it until the end of the period you paid for, with no refund. If you cancel within 7 days of a payment and nobody has signed in to or opened the workspace since, we refund that payment in full and end the plan right away.
