1. Introduction

Ruda is operated by Rexplore Inc. ("we", "us"). Ruda lets teams share documents as tracked links, collect reader details through a gate form, schedule meetings, and work the resulting leads in a built-in CRM.

This policy explains what personal information we process, why we process it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Ruda website and application.

Two kinds of people appear in Ruda: account holders (people who sign in and run a workspace) and readers (people who open a shared document link or book a meeting). Both are covered below.

2. Informations collectées

Account holders:

• Sign-in details from Google when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see or store your Google password.
• Profile and workspace details you enter, such as your title, language, timezone, and availability for bookings.
• Content your workspace uploads or creates: documents, lead records, companies, opportunities, notes, tasks, and meeting records.

Readers and leads:

• Details submitted through a document gate form. The workspace that shared the document chooses the fields; typically name, work email, company, and a consent choice.
• Reading activity in the document viewer: which pages were viewed, time spent per page, and return visits.
• Booking details when you book a meeting: your name, email, and the time you chose.

Like most services, our hosting providers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.

3. Utilisation des informations

• To provide the service: serving documents, recording reading activity, building lead records, and scheduling meetings.
• To show workspaces how their shared content is read, including per-lead engagement.
• To send emails the service requires: meeting confirmations, workspace invitations, notification digests, and email sequences a workspace has set up. Unsubscribe requests are respected before any send.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.

4. Base légale

• Performance of a contract: providing the service to account holders.
• Consent: the gate form's consent checkbox for readers, and optional cookie categories.
• Legitimate interests: securing the service and operating it reliably.

5. Conservation des données

We keep information for as long as the workspace that collected it keeps its account and the records in it. Workspace members can edit and delete records inside the product at any time.

If you want information about you removed, you can contact the workspace that collected it, or contact us using the details below and we will help.

6. Vos droits

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier.

If you appeared in Ruda as a reader or lead, the workspace that shared the document with you decided what to collect; we process that information on their behalf. You can exercise your rights with them directly or through us.

7. Cookies

Ruda uses a small set of cookies and similar storage for signing in and remembering your preferences. We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the full list and controls.

8. Lieu de stockage des données

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run Ruda:

• Neon (PostgreSQL database, hosted in Singapore): account, workspace, lead, and activity records.
• Cloudflare R2 (object storage): uploaded document files.
• Resend (email delivery): the emails described above.
• Vercel (application hosting): serving the website and application.
• Google (sign-in): authentication only, as described in the collection section.

Because these providers operate global networks, your information may be processed outside your own country. We rely on the safeguards these providers offer for such transfers.

9. Mineurs

Ruda is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Sécurité

All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, every workspace's data is isolated with row-level security in the database, and sign-in relies on Google OAuth so we never store passwords. The Security page describes our measures in more detail.

11. Langue de référence et droit applicable

The Korean version of this policy is the authoritative text. Versions in other languages, including this English text, are translations provided for your convenience. If there is any difference in meaning between the Korean version and a translation, the Korean version prevails.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Personal Information Protection Act. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. Mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
